Job Description

To assist with the planning and management of the day-to-day administrative tasks of the business, we are seeking a capable office assistant.

Duties:

Organize the workplace and help colleagues in ways that maximize processes.
Organize and promptly distribute communications.
Establish and maintain records that guarantee the veracity and correctness of the data.
Qualifications and abilities:
Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (ERP software)
Working knowledge of office equipment.
