
The person will be responsible for delivering great customer service to all guests, being knowledgeable and professional in doing so.
Education
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
Experience
Minimum 3 years plus of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
Experience in Medical centers, clinics and Hospitals preferred
Preferably bilingual, can speak, read and write in Arabic and English.
Functional Skills
Female applicants only
Excellent Communication skills
Must have knowledge in Basic Telephone Etiquette.
Preferred knowledge in a Customer Service environment (such as attending calls, and reception's customer's flow).
Computer literate (MS office, Excel, Microsoft Outlook).
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the Pharmacy’s flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,001.00 per month
