Customer Service Representative - Emirates



A customer service representative, or CSR, will serve as a point of contact, answer inquiries, give information about our products and services, and accurately and quickly address any new issues that may arise with our customer accounts.

The most effective CSRs are sincerely thrilled to assist clients.
Duties Related to Customer Service List of responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of incoming calls
Create leads for sales
Determine and evaluate the demands of your clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Create enduring bonds and trust with client accounts by communicating honestly and actively.
Use the appropriate techniques and resources to present accurate, legitimate, and comprehensive information.
Reach sales goals and call handling quotas for the customer service and personal teams.
Respond to consumer complaints, offer suitable remedies and substitutes in a timely manner, and follow up to guarantee a resolution.
