 Plumbing On Site Manager

Responsibilities:

A plumbing On Site Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and supervision of plumbing construction projects. Their responsibilities include:

- Overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning to completion

- Safety: Ensuring compliance with job site safety standards and fostering a safe work environment

- Quality control: Ensuring high-quality execution of the project

- Scheduling: Ensuring projects are completed on time

- Cost control: Ensuring projects are completed within budget

- Communication: Maintaining communication with the field workforce and customers

- Documentation: Preparing and maintaining project documentation such as QC Sign Off Sheets, Snag lists, VO and SI Cost Allocation and Approval

Estimating: Preparing cost estimates

Procurement: Coordinating the procurement of construction supplies and equipment

Customer service: Resolving customer concerns and complaints

You need skills in general business mathematics, basic algebra and geometry, and plumbing proficiency. You will need strong leadership skills, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multi-task.

The ability to work with all different types of personalities is imperative.

Applicant Must Have

• Drivers License

• Clear Criminal Record

• Sober

• Min 5 Years Experience in a managerial position

• Be prepared to work the odd weekend.

• A stickler for neatness and quality

• Read, Understand and Interpret Building Drawings and BOQs

• Fluent in English and Afrikaans

• Good knowledge of SANS regulation
