Children nine and under need supervision
All children aged nine and under must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. The person supervising them must be at least 16 years old to ensure proper safety on the vehicle.
Each passenger can only carry one luggage
This rule applies to all passengers, not just those coming from Hamad International Airport. You can bring smaller bags as long as they don’t exceed 85 × 60 × 30 cm.
Food can not be consumed on the vehicle
To keep the Metro clean and avoid disturbing other passengers, food isn’t allowed on the vehicle. But, you can enjoy your meals at designated eating areas in the stations or grab a bite at the restaurants and cafés inside the station before or after your ride.
Guide dogs are allowed on the train
